UAE Shipping: 27 AED
⏱ Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, depending on product availability and order volume.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
- USA: 3–7 business days
- UAE: Next business day
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the real-time status of your shipment via our courier partner’s website.
⚠️ Delivery Terms: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
All international shipments are sent on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means:
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Root n Rise Bliss does not collect or cover these additional charges at checkout.
- If customs clearance is refused or unpaid by the customer, the package may be returned or destroyed, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
📦 Delivery Issues & Returns
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee will apply.
- If your order is returned due to refusal by customs or any other reason, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
